Manufacturing Operative
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Operative. Experience in the chemical industry is not required — full training will be provided.

You will support the Production Manager in carrying out the tasks to create and produce products. You will follow clear, pre‑set processes and work safely to ensure high‑quality production.
Pay and Hours
- 08:00-16:30
- £12.21 per hour
- Temp-Perm 12 weeks
- Monday to Friday
Operational Duties
- Mix and blend ingredients to create products
- Carry out manufacturing tasks in line with times and processes.
- Collect raw materials from the warehouse and return them safely and tidily after use.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers and final production quantities.
- Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Training & Compliance
Full training will be provided, covering:
- Raw material handling procedures
- Understanding and filing MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
- COSHH guidelines and safe working practices
- Company systems, manufacturing processes, and quality standards
You do not need previous industry experience — just a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
General Duties
- Support general production activities as required.
- Assist the Production Manager and wider facility team to ensure the site operates efficiently and safely.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised work environment.
